Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your account and all of your cloud data at any time. There are two ways:

In the app (fastest)

Open the app at thecircleofcare.us/app.html.
Go to More → Account.
Tap Delete my account & cloud data and confirm.

By email

Email admin@ahlchemy.org from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We verify the request against your sign-in email.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in record.
Any patient circles you own, including the end-to-end encrypted record stored in the cloud and its encryption keys.
Your membership in other families' circles.

Note: care information is also stored locally on each caregiver's own device for offline use. Deleting your account removes the cloud copy and your access; each person can clear their device copy from More → Your copy of the data. Because records sync end-to-end encrypted, we only ever hold ciphertext.
